promotion, US residents must purchase from a US-based dealer participating in the
5 & Drive promotion, and Canadian residents must purchase from a Canada-based dealer
participating in the 5 & Drive promotion. Customer must adhere to the recommended
service intervals and maintenance recommendations as stated in their Mercury Operation,
Maintenance and Warranty Manual. Service must be completed by a Mercury Authorized
dealer and any parts replaced will require the use of genuine Mercury parts, oils
and lubricants.
*Promotion terms and conditions: Eligible products are new (unused, not previously
registered) 2.5 HP - 300 HP FourStrokes (including Verado) and 75 HP - 250 HP OptiMax
(including Pro XS) in dealer inventory only. To be eligible, outboards must have
a manufacture date of 2007 or newer and sold by an authorized participating U.S.
Mercury dealer to a U.S. consumer or sold by an authorized participating Canada Mercury
dealer to a Canada consumer. Sales outside the U.S. and Canada, or to non-U.S. or
non-Canada residents, are not valid under this promotion. Consumer benefit offered
for the purchase of an eligible outboard is a 24-month Mercury Product Protection
Gold contract. Sales must be completed prior to December 31, 2011 to a pleasure
use customer. No model substitutions, benefits substitution, rainchecks or extensions
